Job Description

Pertemps Lincoln are currently recruiting for a Sales Advisor to join our customer, an established business based at their Lincoln office.

This is a temporary to permanent position offering £13.00–£16.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Working as part of the team, you will use the company's CRM system to contact potential new customers by telephone and email, identify sales opportunities, and build strong customer relationships. The role will also involve supporting the wider team with general office administration duties.

What will I be paid?

£13.00–£16.00 per hour, depending on experience


What hours will I be working?

  • Monday to Friday
  • 09:00 – 17:00
  • Full-time position

What will I be doing?

  • Using the company CRM system to manage customer information and sales activity
  • Making outbound calls to potential new customers
  • Contacting prospective customers via email
  • Identifying and developing new sales opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Following up on potential leads and enquiries
  • Keeping the CRM system updated with accurate customer information
  • Supporting the team with general office administration duties
  • Processing and maintaining relevant paperwork and records
  • Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process

What skills and experience do I need?

  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or a similar role
  • Confident communicating with customers over the telephone and via email
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and computer-based systems
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Sales-focused with the motivation to identify and develop opportunities
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload
  • Confident using computers, including Microsoft Office
  • Proactive approach with good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team
  • Willingness to support with general office administration when required
