About the Role

Allen Motor Group is currently looking to employ a Senior Product Specialist to join our successful team at Allen Ford Nuneaton.

This role is all about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for managing and assisting customers through both face-to-face and digital enquiries, ensuring they receive expert advice and drive away in the right vehicle and product package to suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound customer enquiries via telephone, email, digital platforms, and showroom visits.
  • Building strong customer relationships and delivering an outstanding customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets.
  • Demonstrating expert product knowledge across the Ford range, including vehicle features, technology, accessories, and ownership benefits.
  • Guiding customers through the complete vehicle purchasing process.
  • Advising customers on finance options, extended warranties, service plans, and additional products.
  • Ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations and industry standards regarding the sale of finance and insurance products.
  • Supporting colleagues and sharing best practices to contribute to overall dealership performance.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring all administration is completed to a high standard.

What We're Looking For

While automotive sales experience is advantageous, we are keen to hear from ambitious individuals who are passionate about customer service and sales. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • The ability to build rapport quickly and confidently with customers.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • A professional and positive attitude.
  • A full UK driving licence.

Package & Benefits

This position is offered on a 5-day, 42-hour working week with a basic salary of £25,000 plus a sales commission scheme and company car.
