Sales Advisor - Kia PBV Centre in Nuneaton
Allen Motor Group is currently seeking a Sales Advisor to join our Kia PBV Centre in Nuneaton. You will manage and assist with both face-to-face and digital inquiries, aiming to maximize sales potential while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound enquiries via email/telephone and digitally
- Meeting individual and team-based sales targets
- Guiding customers through the entire purchase process, advising on extended warranty, accessories, and financial products
- Adhering to industry rules and regulations regarding the sale of financial products and insurance

Requirements
- No experience necessary; open to candidates eager to start their automotive career.
- Previous selling and influencing skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Ability to follow procedures, policies, and instructions
- Passion for providing first-class customer service
- Eagerness to learn and progress your career
- Fantastic communication skills
