Looking for a role that keeps you moving, gives you variety, and puts you right
at the heart of a busy M&S Food store?

We’re looking for an Operations Customer Assistant to join our team at M&S
Liffey Valley. This is the role that keeps everything flowing behind the scenes,
from deliveries and stock to making sure the shop floor is full, tidy, and ready
for our customers.

It’s fast-paced, physical, and hands-on. You’ll be on your feet, moving stock,
working deliveries, using digital tools, and supporting the wider store team
wherever needed. No two shifts feel the same, so this is perfect for someone who
likes being busy, working with purpose, and being part of a team that gets
things done.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll help keep the store running smoothly by:

  • Working deliveries and moving stock quickly and safely & keeping our shelves
    full, clean, and customer-ready.
  • Using digital tools to track stock and support availability.
  • Working across the store when needed, from back of house to shop floor
  • Supporting your team during busy periods
  • Staying organised, focused, and one step ahead

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
