Role Description

The Sales Advisor will work part-time (20 hours per week flexing up where required), providing outstanding customer service and expert advice to consumers and trade customers. Key tasks include:
- Assisting customers with their purchasing decisions
- Maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing sales area
- Supporting the team in achieving sales targets
This is an on-site role based in Weston-Super-Mare.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with a range of customers via telephone and email.
- Customer Service skills with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Basic Sales skills and experience in advising customers on products and services.
- Willingness to engage in Training to stay updated on product ranges and industry knowledge.
- A positive attitude, proactive approach, and a passion for learning and helping others.
- Previous experience in retail, trade sales, or a related field is an advantage.
