Motaparts Xpress
Motaparts Xpress is a truly independent motor factor, which with the help of a talented and engaged team, has experienced significant organic growth, and a reputation that we continue to be proud of.
We're looking for experienced parts advisors across our five sites and surrounding areas (Redditch, Bromsgrove, Evesham, and Kidderminster), as well as seeking key people to grow our brand in the near future.
About The Role
MPX makes customer service top of the agenda, and our Parts Advisors are at the forefront of that ethos. We are passionate and driven, always ensuring we provide the best service.
We are looking for a Parts Advisor who will support the team by fully satisfying customers' needs and contribute towards the success of the team and the business. Those without direct experience are welcome to apply, as we're always happy to provide training and grow your talents.
You will:
- Build strong rapport with customers, and maintain those relationships
- Work within the sales team by answering telephone queries and dealing with electronic queries
- Fully resolve any queries our customers may have, and enable solutions for their needs
- Be central to a positive team performance
- Liaise with the distribution team to make sure delivery requirements are met
- Assist with the wider team and branch manager to develop and create new customer relationships
About you:
Ideally you will have experience in telesales and/or customer service, in a fast-paced environment. Experience within the motortrade and prior knowledge of MAM software is preferable, as is an enthusiasm or basic knowledge of car components.
