Sales Affiliate / Referral Partner – AI Strategy & Governance
unoui™ | Remote / UK | Flexible | Commission-Based
The opportunity
AI is rapidly becoming a boardroom issue.
Businesses are asking how they should use AI, where the opportunities are, what risks they face and how they put the right strategy and governance around it.
unoui™ helps organisations answer those questions.
We’re looking for Sales Affiliates / Referral Partners who can introduce unoui to business owners, directors and senior decision-makers.
This isn’t a traditional sales role.
Your job is to open the right door. We do the rest.
What you’ll do
Your role is primarily to:
- Identify organisations that could benefit from AI strategy, readiness and governance support.
- Connect with business owners, directors and senior decision-makers.
- Start conversations around their approach to AI.
- Generate qualified meetings and introductions for unoui.
- Use your existing network, LinkedIn or your preferred approach to create opportunities.
Once the meeting is secured, unoui takes over the discovery, assessment, proposal, sales process and delivery.
What are you looking for?
You don’t need to find organisations actively searching for an AI consultant.
Often the opportunity starts when a business leader is asking:
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
- “How should we actually be using AI?”
- “Do we need an AI strategy?”
- “Where could AI save us time or money?”
- “What are our people already using AI for?”
- “How do we manage AI governance, compliance and risk?”
- “Are we actually ready to adopt AI properly?”
If you can start those conversations and get us in the room, we’ll take it from there.

Rather than simply selling businesses another AI tool, we help leadership answer a much bigger question:
What should AI actually mean for our organisation?
What’s in it for you?
This is a commission-based affiliate opportunity.
You don’t need to deliver consultancy, become an AI expert, write proposals or negotiate contracts.
You generate the opportunity. We handle the sale. We deliver the work. You earn an agreed percentage when your introduction becomes a paying customer.
There are no fixed hours, and the opportunity can work alongside your existing business, employment or professional network, subject to any obligations or restrictions you already have.

- B2B sales or business development
- Consulting
- Marketing
- Accountancy or professional services
- Technology

- Investment or finance
- Business coaching
- Commercial partnerships
- Networking and business communities
But your job title isn’t particularly important.
What’s more important is your ability to start credible conversations with decision-makers and create introductions.
You don’t need to be an AI expert
We’ll give you the positioning, key talking points and simple messaging you need.
You don’t need to explain the technical details.
If a prospect starts asking detailed questions, that’s a good thing.
Get us the meeting. We’ll answer them.
Interested?
If you’re commercially minded, have access to business decision-makers and like the idea of earning from successful introductions without having to deliver the work yourself, I’d like to hear from you.
Apply through LinkedIn or message me directly with a little about your background, network and the types of organisations you believe you could introduce.
Open the door. We’ll do the rest.
