At AllClear Travel Insurance, we are looking for motivated Sales Agents to join our Contact Centre team. In this role, you will support customers in purchasing travel insurance that allows them to travel with confidence including customers with pre-existing medical conditions who may struggle to find cover elsewhere.

Operational Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound sales enquiries from customers looking to purchase travel insurance.
  • Asking the right questions to understand customers’ travel plans and medical history.
  • Clearly explaining policy features, cover levels, exclusions and pricing.
  • Supporting returning customers with renewals and policy updates.
  • Working towards sales and performance targets, including conversion, quality standards, AHT and Gross Written Premium (GWP).
  • Developing strong knowledge of our products, systems and underwriting requirements.
  • Participating in coaching sessions, call reviews and training to continually improve your performance.
  • Working closely with colleagues and team leaders to support team success and best practice.
  • Ensuring all activity is carried out in line with FCA regulations, Consumer Duty and company policies.
