🚨 WE'RE HIRING: COMMISSION-ONLY SALES AGENTS
Uncapped Commission | Fully Remote | Flexible | Independent
Pasha Company is looking for motivated Independent Sales Agents / Business Development Partners to help us grow our client base across the UK.
We work with businesses to create high-impact advertising, commercial content, branding and performance-focused creative solutions that help brands capture attention and grow.
💼 WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Prospecting and generating new B2B leads
- Identifying potential business clients
- Contacting business owners and decision-makers
- Qualifying leads and understanding their needs
- Booking and conducting sales meetings remotely
- Presenting Pasha Company's services
- Preparing and supporting proposals
- Following up with prospects
- Handling objections and negotiating
- Closing new business
- Building long-term client relationships
💰 COMMISSION
This is a 100% commission-only opportunity. There is:
- Uncapped commission
- No earning ceiling
- No fixed working hours
- Fully remote working
- Flexible schedule
- No limit on the number of clients you can generate

You do not need to be an expert in creative production or marketing. We provide the information and sales materials you need to confidently present our services.
