Role Description
The Sales Agent role is a remote position with a requirement to travel across a defined area in the UK. The Sales Agent will manage and grow a portfolio of clients, conduct outbound and inbound sales activities, and support the development of tailored sales strategies. Daily tasks include:

The role also involves:
- Maintaining accurate sales records
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Staying informed about market trends and competitors
The Sales Agent will represent clients professionally at meetings and events, ensuring strong relationships with British and Irish buying teams.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation and active listening abilities.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust and resolving issues effectively.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, closing deals, and relationship management.
- Knowledge of Insurance or related financial products is beneficial for understanding client needs.
- Experience in Training others or coaching colleagues on sales processes and product knowledge.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, account management, or commercial partnerships is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a target-driven environment and using CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Newcastle upon Tyne and travel locally for client meetings as needed.
