Sales Agent UK - Food / Ingredients

The Sales & Marketing division of Randstad Professional, specialized in Middle and Senior Management search and selection, is recruiting on behalf of a Fruit Company specialized in the industrial processing of fruit for the B2B and B2C channels:

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities in target markets (Spain and UK), mapping out potential industrial clients for the sale of semi-finished products (purees, dried and dehydrated fruit, powders) and end consumers for the sale of finished consumer products.
• Manage and consolidate commercial relationships with acquired clients, ensuring consistent growth in sales volumes.
• Understand the technological and formulation needs of clients (R&D, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Production) and propose suitable products.
• Independently manage commercial negotiations with large multinational clients in the food, pet food, and cosmetics sectors. Define specific supply contracts and long-term agreements, ensuring the right pricing and supply conditions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular reports to the Sales Management.
• Collaborate with Italian offices and foreign production sites.
• Manage and source traders or agencies within the assigned territory to better develop the client base.
