About the Role
We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic self-starter to join our team as a Customer Sales Representative/Sales Agent based at our office in Kirkcaldy KY2 6NA.
Cash for Cars, part of Copart, is a dynamic business that embraces change and leverages technology to connect directly with customers looking to sell their vehicles, which are then resold through our online auctions.
In this role, you will:
- Handle enquiries from customers interested in selling their vehicles through our website.
- Complete checks on HPI and DVLA systems to confirm vehicles are clear of finance, correctly categorized, and show accurate mileage.
- Negotiate with customers over the phone to secure the best possible price for their vehicles.
- Verify invoicing details and process payments accurately.
We offer a basic annual salary of £26,994 with the potential to boost your earnings through monthly commission payments.

- Excellent customer service skills
