Customer Sales Representative / Sales Agent

📍 Kirkcaldy, KY2 6NA | 💷 £27,976 + Monthly Commission

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Sales Representative / Sales Agent to join our Cash for Cars team in Kirkcaldy.

Part of Copart, Cash for Cars is a fast-paced and forward-thinking business that uses technology to connect directly with customers looking to sell their vehicles. Your role will be to guide customers through the process, build great relationships and negotiate deals that work for both the customer and the business.

And with monthly commission on top of your basic salary, there’s plenty of opportunity to boost your earnings.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Speaking with customers who are interested in selling their vehicles through our website.
  • Building rapport and providing a fantastic customer experience from enquiry through to sale.
  • Carrying out HPI and DVLA checks to ensure vehicle information is accurate and vehicles are clear of finance.
  • Negotiating confidently with customers to secure the best possible price.
  • Checking invoicing details and processing payments accurately.
  • Working as part of a busy team to achieve individual and business targets.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a confident communicator who enjoys talking to people and has a genuine passion for sales. You’ll also bring:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A natural ability to listen, understand and negotiate.
  • A positive, motivated and results-driven attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good computer skills and confidence using different systems.
  • The determination to succeed and make every customer interaction count.

Sales experience is important, but just as important is your attitude, enthusiasm and desire to succeed.
