Company Description

ChangeGate is a specialized change governance software platform that serves as a system of record for business-critical change across organizations. It provides a governed lifecycle for every change—from request through closure—capturing evidence at each stage so decisions, risks, approvals, and outcomes are always traceable. Leadership teams gain clear visibility into the financial impact of change, including value in flight, spend at risk, and realized benefits, based on actual records rather than estimates. When audits or customer assessments occur, ChangeGate enables rapid, reliable evidence generation, supporting standards such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Built by a practitioner with deep experience in change management, ChangeGate operates as a governance layer above ITSM and project tools, helping businesses both govern and prove every critical change.

Role Description

The Sales Agent (commission only, high ticket) role at ChangeGate is a full-time remote position focused on driving new business for our change governance software. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
