Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Agent at Vincent Alexander. The Sales Agent will focus on promoting and selling the Vincent Alexander Bath Collection to Retailers. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting new leads
  • Responding to inquiries
  • Presenting product features and benefits
  • Guiding customers through the sales process

The role involves:

  • Building strong customer relationships
  • Managing a sales pipeline
  • Preparing quotes
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems

The Sales Agent will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product information, participate in virtual training sessions, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, handle inquiries, and support a positive customer experience.
  • Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, closing deals, and managing a structured sales process.
  • Training-related skills, such as the ability to learn product details quickly and educate customers or partners on product features.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include:
    • Experience in home, bathroom, or interior products
    • Familiarity with remote sales tools and CRM systems
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
    • Ability to work independently with clear performance targets
    • Previous experience in selling to Bathroom outlets is an advantage.
