The Role
We are actively recruiting for a talented and passionate Brand Ambassador to represent our Champagne and Rosé wine portfolio. As the face of the brands, you will be a confident connector with an eye for luxury, and a passion for trends, which will allow you to actively build the brands’ profile and authentically drive advocacy within the trade. Joining the marketing team, you will be reporting into a Senior Brand Manager - covering the UK market. You will have the autonomy to bring your sales and marketing skills to life in trade to deliver upon your brands’ volume target. This role will provide you with an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your personal skillset, through effective training and commercial exposure that will build your standing within the wine industry.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging promotional and activation plans that bring brand strategy to life in the UK trade
- Become a true ambassador and custodian of the brands, developing an in-depth understanding of their heritage, wines, values, and competitive landscape
- Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to secure new listings and open new accounts. Ensure you successfully increase volume and improve profitability to achieve your targets.
- Spend significant time in the trade, developing a strong understanding of the UK drinks landscape and consumer behaviour
- Work with the Brand Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to create innovative campaigns, events, incentives, and experiences that make our brands stand out and drive profit and volume
- Represent and champion the brands at tastings, dinners, competitions, events, and customer activities
- Host brand dinners and tastings, confidently engaging and inspiring customers
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and brand owners to deliver commercial and strategic objectives
- Monitor brand performance, provide regular reporting, and identify opportunities for corrective action or further growth
- Support the creation of engaging social media content from trade activity and campaigns

What We Are Looking For
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the UK wine and drinks market, across both on and off-trade
- Experience within FMCG, luxury brands or the UK drinks industry
- Excellent knowledge of rosé and champagne
- An appreciation of French culture; fluency in French would be desirable but is not essential
- Experience working with and developing consumer brands and portfolios
- A commercial, entrepreneurial approach, with the ability to identify opportunities and successfully close deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Creativity and the ability to develop innovative ideas that capture attention and drive brand recognition
- Confidence hosting events, dinners, and tastings. Acting as an engaging brand ambassador
- The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, customers, and brand owners at all level
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- A degree-level education is desirable

Working Pattern
This role is 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday and whilst the core hours are 09:00 to 17:30 there will be some evening and weekend work required.
A valid passport is required as travel to vineyards and wineries may be necessary.
Location
This role is primarily field based in London. We have offices based in York and London and there will be times when you are also expected to work from there. You will also be required to travel overseas to visit our suppliers.

- A salary of up to £45,000 dependent on experience, plus a 10% bonus based on achievement of KPIs.
