Sales Advisor | Premium Retail | Destination Store | 40k OTE
We're looking for a confident, engaging and commercially minded Sales Ambassador to join an exciting and growing premium brand!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves connecting with customers, enjoys working towards targets and wants to build a long-term career in retail.
You could come from hospitality, fashion, beauty, jewellery, luxury, lifestyle, home, interiors or another customer-focused environment. What matters most is your personality, sales ability and passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing as our new Sales Ambassador:
- Deliver a warm, personalised and consultative customer experience.
- Build strong product knowledge and confidently guide customers through their purchases.
- Drive sales, conversion, ATV and individual KPIs.
- Maintain excellent product presentation and visual standards.
- Support with stock, deliveries and the smooth day-to-day running of the store.

What We're Looking for in our new Sales Ambassador:
- Experience in retail, hospitality or another service-led sales environment.
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with customers.
- A commercial mindset with the motivation to achieve targets.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
- An interest in premium products, design, interiors or lifestyle retail would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
