We're looking for a confident, engaging and commercially driven Sales Ambassador to join one of the most exciting retail environments in the region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves people, enjoys selling and wants to develop their career within premium retail. Whether your background is in furniture, interiors, fashion, hospitality, beauty, jewellery, luxury, lifestyle or another customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you to become our new Sales Ambassador.

What you'll be doing as a Sales Ambassador
- Deliver an outstanding, personalised and consultative customer experience.
- Build genuine relationships with customers and understand their individual needs.
- Develop strong product knowledge and confidently sell premium products.
- Drive sales, conversion, ATV and individual KPIs.
- Create an inspiring and welcoming showroom environment.
- Maintain exceptional product presentation and visual standards.
- Support with stock, deliveries and the smooth running of the showroom.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Redbrick environment.
You'll ideally have experience in retail, hospitality, interiors, furniture or another service-led sales environment, but equally, if you have the right attitude and a genuine passion for customers, we want to hear from you.
