The Role

We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Ambassador to join a luxury retail gallery environment. This full-time role is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving individual and team sales targets. Working closely with the Gallery Manager and wider sales team, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships, managing your own sales pipeline, and guiding clients through a consultative sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage customer enquiries, quotes, and sales opportunities.
  • Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience.
  • Build strong product knowledge and provide expert advice.
  • Use room planning tools to support sales.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop long-term customer relationships and referrals.
  • Maintain CRM records and support gallery standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 years' experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organised with excellent time management.
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Professional, customer-focused, and commercially driven.
  • Additional language skills are advantageous.
