Location: Basildon (Phoenix House)

Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office)

Department: Marketing

Contract Type: Internship (Full-time)

Duration of training contract: 2 years

Salary: £26,000 or £28,000 depending on your university degree level.

The purpose of an internship at Iveco Group is to provide individuals, especially students and recent graduates, with training in real-world experiences in their field of study. Internships allow you to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales data processing (scheme spending monitoring, Sales results reporting to provide data to sales team - dealer report, dealer penetration).
  • Incentive card program (commissions and incentives processing for loading, communication with cardholders)
  • Benchmark monitoring - regular monitoring of competitor offers for CV, AG and CE
  • Finance promotions monitoring - regular website and social media monitoring to ensure the promotions are compliant
  • Cooperation on various meetings organisation (catering orders, help with hotel booking if needed etc) from Capital side
  • Events - help with Capital presence set up & during the events give-away etc
  • Capital merchandise stock management

Job requirements and qualifications:

Essential

  • Degree or equivalent ideally in marketing, data analysis, business or a similar field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong IT competencies, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint systems
  • Flexibility to travel to events
  • Advance knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Right to work in the UK

Desirable

  • Some previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Demonstrable experience analysing large data sets
  • Willingness to learn new things – not being indefinitely in one or another job role but combine partly Capital marketing activities with sales data
  • Driver’s licence is desirable for travelling to events

Additional Job Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Full clean Driving Licence
  • Ability to travel, with some over-night stays
