About Us
Backed by leading investors including HL Partnership, Better Group, Experian, the CEO of OakNorth, and the former Chairman of Salesforce, we’re building the technology platform powering the future of UK home-buying.
We started by solving a major gap in the mortgage market, helping customers traditional brokers often couldn’t serve. To do that, we built Haya, our proprietary data, automation and decisioning platform. Today, our technology powers eligibility, affordability and end-to-end mortgage journeys at scale through partners including Experian, reaching millions of consumers.
We are growing rapidly across both Haysto and Picnic, spanning specialist and mainstream mortgages, embedded finance partnerships, direct-to-consumer acquisition and platform-led distribution.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a commercially minded Sales Analyst to help drive performance across one of the UK’s fastest-growing mortgage businesses.
This role sits at the heart of our Sales and Operations teams, turning data into actionable insight that improves conversion, productivity, forecasting and decision-making. You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Operations, Finance and the Executive Team to understand what drives performance, identify opportunities for improvement and support the business as it scales.
This is not a reporting role focused solely on producing dashboards. We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, highly analytical and commercially aware, someone who enjoys finding the story behind the numbers and influencing decisions through evidence and insight.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
