Enviro Trees UK - Sales and Account Manager
Enviro Trees UK helps insurers, facilities managers and property teams manage tree risk nationally, through a network of accredited Tree Partners. We are growing, and we are hiring the person who will lead that growth. Fully remote, national remit, reporting directly to our Global CEO.
Package
Excellent base salary + quarterly performance bonus + commission on new business
What you will own
- Retention and growth of existing accounts, with a clear plan to increase share of wallet
- New business across FM, insurance (direct, claims managers and builders), emergency services, residential and commercial/strata
- The tender pipeline: reviewing opportunities, agreeing go/no-go and writing responses
- Our CRM, as the business's subject matter expert
- The client's voice internally, so issues and opportunities are handled quickly

How success is measured
- Accounts retained and grown quarter on quarter
- New accounts won in target sectors against agreed revenue targets
- A qualified pipeline of 3x target
- CRM adoption and data quality
- Client issues and escalations acknowledged and closed within agreed window time
What you bring
- 5+ years in sales and account management in a trade service environment
- A track record of growing existing accounts and winning new ones
- Confident using a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
- Formal sales or account management training
- Willing to travel within the UK
