The Wellbeing Hub is a live, interactive web app that provides evidence-based mental health and wellbeing support for children, young people, and the wider school community. Through dedicated hubs for staff, parents, and students aged 10+, 13+, and 16+, the platform delivers culturally contextualised resources for a global market. Over 300 schools in the UK and internationally use The Wellbeing Hub, supporting more than 170,000 students. The platform offers CPD courses, podcasts, webinars, live Q&As, PSHE resources, lesson plans, and access to specialists. The Wellbeing Hub is committed to proactive, practical support that empowers schools to nurture wellbeing across their communities.
Role Description
This Sales and Account Manager role is based in Lewes and focuses on growing and supporting The Wellbeing Hub’s school partnerships. The role involves managing relationships with existing school clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand usage of the platform. The Sales and Account Manager will generate and qualify new leads, conduct product demonstrations, and prepare proposals tailored to the needs of schools and educational organisations. They will collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding, respond to client queries, and gather feedback to inform service improvements. The role also includes monitoring account performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and contributing to sales forecasts and strategic planning.

Qualifications

- Strong account management skills, including experience in maintaining and growing long-term client relationships.
- Customer-focused mindset with demonstrated skills in customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Proven ability in lead generation, outreach, and developing new business within the education or wellbeing sectors.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience working with schools, educational organisations, or youth-focused services is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with web-based platforms, CRM tools, and data tracking for sales and account performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Lewes and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in sales, account management, business, or related fields.
