Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to identify and qualify potential customers.
- Introduce the company’s products and services to prospective clients.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up on enquiries and maintain regular contact with prospects.
- Update and maintain the CRM system with customer interactions.
- Prepare quotations, sales documents, and presentations.
- Assist with lead generation and prospect research.
- Manage customer records and databases.
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support filing, document control, and general office administration.
- Assist with invoice and purchase order administration when required.
- Support sales and marketing activities as the business continues to grow.

Working Hours & Location
- Fully remote position.
- Available as either 20 hours per week (part-time) or full-time.
- Flexible working hours to suit both the successful candidate and business needs.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Comfortable making outbound cold calls.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support, or telesales is desirable but not essential.
