Sales & Administration Support
The scope of the Sales & Administration Support is to provide quality business development, marketing, sales, and administrative support to drive business growth and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The role focuses on generating and qualifying sales leads, maintaining CRM and ERP data integrity, coordinating marketing activities and events, supporting sales administration, and acting as a key liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal departments. Responsibilities include managing prospect databases, assisting with campaigns and quotations, supporting customer onboarding, producing reports, and ensuring accurate business information to enable effective sales and marketing performance.
Job Role
Lead Generation
- Purpose: Support business development by identifying and generating new sales opportunities using digital tools and business intelligence.
- Research and identify potential customers using IT-based lead generation tools and online platforms with assistance and guidance from Business Development Manager.
- Contact potential customers to arrange initial meetings where required.
- Build and maintain prospect databases within the Salesforce system.
- Qualify leads and distribute opportunities to the sales team through management.
- Monitor market activity and identify new business opportunities.
- Assist with outbound email campaigns and follow-up activities in conjunction with the sales team.
- Produce lead generation reports and maintain data accuracy.

Marketing Support
- Purpose: Assist with the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives that promote the company's products and services.
- Coordinate the development and updating of marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
- Assist in preparing customer case studies and success stories.
- Support the planning and organization of trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.
- Liaise with central & external marketing resources.
- Maintain marketing collateral and digital content libraries.
- Coordinate branded merchandise and promotional materials.
- Work with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure marketing activities are delivered on time.
Sales Administration
- Purpose: Provide accurate administrative support for sales and project activities through effective management of business systems.
- Enter and maintain customer and sales data within the CRM systems.
- Ensure all customer records and information are accurate and up to date.
- Assist with quotation set up, forecasting, and general sales administration.
- Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies.
- Attend monthly sales meetings.
- Support new customer set up via Pre Qualifications.
- Relationship building with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Acting as the administration link between sales teams, customers, and internal departments via Salesforce.

Personal Skills
- Hard working and willing to work as part of a team.
- Able to adapt and think quickly to solve problems.
- Able to work under pressure.
Working Experience
- Experience within Construction or flooring Industry is desirable.
- Lead generation experience ideally in a construction environment.
- Experience in sales support, administration, marketing support, or similar.
- Experience working within a commercial, engineering, or project-based environment is advantageous.
- Experience using CRM software. Ideally Salesforce.
Qualifications
- Qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (desirable).
- Sales & procurement training.
- Maths & English Qualifications.
