About The Role:
A highly regarded luxury interiors brand is seeking an enthusiastic and service-minded Sales and Administration Coordinator to join their West London showroom.
Working as part of a friendly and welcoming team, the successful candidate will play an important role in delivering an exceptional level of service to customers, including interior designers, architects, and private clients. Your responsibilities will include managing orders and coordinating closely with suppliers and colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll also provide support across sales activity and the Managing Director’s day-to-day administration.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous sales, customer service, or administrative experience, who has an appreciation for interior design and luxury goods, to further develop their experience within a successful and supportive business. This is a full-time, office-based role offering excellent opportunities for progression within the luxury interiors industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of orders, from initial enquiry through to final delivery
- Prepare and coordinate quotes, invoices, order documentation, and other client materials, ensuring all details are accurate
- Keep clients updated throughout the order process and work with internal and external teams to resolve any issues that arise
- Respond to client enquiries by phone and email, providing knowledgeable and personable support across products, orders, deliveries, and aftercare
- Maintain accurate client and order information across internal systems, including pricing, contact details, and follow-up activity
- Provide general support to the sales team with presentations, project information, client meetings, events, and other business development activity
- Support the Managing Director with diary management, travel, meetings, correspondence, expenses, and general administration
- Take ownership of ad hoc projects and wider office tasks within a small, collaborative team

Key Skills/Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a sales support, customer service, order administration, or similar role
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with measurements, specifications, and pricing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence dealing with clients, suppliers, and other contacts
- Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities and follow tasks through
- Comfortable using Excel, email, CRM, or order management systems, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Previous experience within interiors, textiles, luxury goods, or a premium product environment would be advantageous
- An interest in interiors and design, with a good eye for presentation and a willingness to get involved across a small team
