Evergreen’s Story

Evergreen designs and supplies artificial planting and bespoke greenery for commercial spaces and private homes, including fantastic projects such as Kensington Palace, Love Island, Wimbledon Tennis, Google offices, Harrods and Selfridges.

The Opportunity

  • We are looking for an outgoing and proactive customer facing person, to help Georgina (Managing Director) to grow the business (no pun intended)
  • Evergreen is a 10-person family business founded in 2002.
  • The culture is warm, friendly, and people help each other to succeed.
  • Customers keep coming back because they always ‘find a way’ to make the client’s space look fantastic, with bespoke products at affordable prices.
  • As a result they are consistently busy, but there is potential for more.
  • The opportunity is to help Georgina to increase sales, by working with existing customers, speaking with historical clients and building new relationships.
  • Bring your sales skills, deliver excellent quality for customers, get bonuses for great work, and help this small business to fulfil its potential!

The Role

Business Development - Existing Relationships

  • Analyse the database of existing customers, reconnect with previous clients to find opportunities for further work, repeat business and referrals.
  • Target interior designers, landscapers, office fit out firms and property developers who could benefit from Evergreen’s products.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
