Recognised as one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work, we've built a culture where people feel supported, valued and given the opportunity to grow. We believe work should be enjoyable, rewarding and somewhere you can build a long-term career, not just have a job.

We're a friendly, down-to-earth team who genuinely enjoy working together. Whether it's celebrating success, supporting each other through busy periods, getting involved in team socials or helping colleagues develop their careers, people are at the heart of everything we do.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who shares our values and wants to be part of the journey.

About The Role

This is a varied and fast-paced role that sits at the heart of our customer and sales operation.

You'll be one of the first points of contact for customers, handling enquiries, supporting existing accounts and helping ensure our customers receive the excellent service we're known for.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
