Req ID: 10159585

Job Description:

Ready to make magic?

We're looking for a Sales and Deal Management Intern on a 10-month placement internship with an immediate start. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience within Disney's Platform Distribution business, supporting the UK & Nordics Regional Sales Team across all television media. You'll provide sales and deal planning support, help deliver pre- and post-sales activity, and gain exposure to international business and content distribution.

You'll help provide accurate availability and deal information to frontline Sales and clients where applicable, interpret and record deal terms, and coordinate with colleagues and other departments to support post-sales activities.

This is an office-based internship. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home (Monday or Friday).

Responsibilities

As a Sales and Deal Management Intern, you'll support the Regional Sales Team across a range of sales planning, deal management and post-sales activities, including:

Content Sales

  • Carrying out financial analysis of existing and potential business propositions.
  • Assisting with sales, account management and the preparation of sales support materials, pitch decks, newsletters and presentations.
  • Coordinating workflow with Legal, Marketing, Finance and Technical teams.
  • Compiling and analysing Active Deal reports and other reporting documentation.
  • Coordinating with Programming and Marketing to help ensure Sales are briefed on current programming highlights and in-territory marketing.
  • Monitoring product entries and promotions across internal systems including iTunes Connect, Apollo, Rightsline and MicroStrategy.
  • Supporting department administration, including meeting schedules, sales conferences, events and client screenings.

Deal Management

  • Preparing availability reports and sales presentations.
  • Entering deals into our in-house database.
  • Supporting franchise planning and tracking.
  • Preparing for market events including MIPCOM, LA Screenings and London Screenings.
  • Assisting with post-sales client management.
  • Assisting with transactional release dates for clients such as Sky, EE and Viaplay, and ensuring notification reports are added promptly.
  • Helping to ensure all aspects of negotiated deals are accurately captured within contracts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
