Job Description:
Established in 1985, Walton Bathrooms is a leading supplier and designer of luxury bathrooms, renowned for delivering exceptional quality and design. With over 40 years of experience, we offer a comprehensive range of bathroom products from prestigious European manufacturers, ensuring a blend of functionality and elegance.
We are now looking for a Full-time Sales and Design Consultant to join us in our 5,500 sq. ft. showroom in Hersham, Surrey.
We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about both generating sales as well as inspiring designs. The position comes with a competitive salary and uncapped commission.
Essential Qualities:
- Minimum 5 years of previous bathroom sales and design experience
- Knowledge of popular high-end bathroom suppliers and their latest products, as well as the latest in interior design trends
- Ability to turn customers’ preferences, requirements, and style into realistic, stunning designs and sales
- Strong flair and passion for selling and the ability to negotiate effectively
- Manage your own CRM, appointments, and emails
- Target-driven with the ability to achieve set targets for sales and margins and proven sales experience in the bathroom industry
- Excellent customer service
- Able to follow up on all leads in the business, converting them into sales
- Energetic with a high degree of self-motivation and able to work to quick deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Virtual World or similar CAD experience

Location: The Green, Hersham, Walton-on-Thames KT12 4HL
Salary: Basic from £35,000 - experience dependant plus uncapped commission
Work Days: Monday to Saturday with a day off in lieu for working Saturday
