We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Design Consultant to join our, new bathroom showroom in Wokingham. If you have a passion for design and a flair for sales, come join us and enjoy a vibrant, creative work environment!

Since its first showroom opened in Bath over 38 years ago, Ripples has franchised its business and now has an impressive portfolio of 26 showrooms nationwide. Ripples offers a truly tailored bathroom service, from product sourcing and design consultancy, through to installation from trusted local suppliers.
About the role
Our Design and Sales Consultants create bathrooms that exceed our client’s every expectation. From fully understanding the client to understanding the huge range of products and technical skill involved in bathroom design, our Design & Sales Consultants must be creative, personable and proactive problem-solvers. Key responsibilities
- Sales growth: Seize every opportunity to boost sales from showroom visitors and direct inquiries.
- Champion the Ripples design service: Follow our dynamic sales process - arrange home visits, craft stunning designs and quotations, present your visionary creations, and close sales efficiently.
- Create an exceptional showroom experience: From warmly welcoming potential clients to designing captivating new showroom displays, ensure our showroom is always at the highest standard.

About you
- You’re a natural in client-facing roles, effortlessly building rapport and trust.
- You’re sales-oriented and motivated to help achieve and exceed the showroom’s sales targets.
- You represent the Ripples brand with pride, working efficiently and professionally in every interaction.
- Minimum 1-year previous bathroom sales and design experience.
- A strong passion and enthusiasm for selling.
- Virtual World (or similar design package) experience.
- Be self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
