JOB TITLE: Sales and Education Manager – UK EMEA

REPORTING TO: Global Head of Spa

Purpose of the Role

Omorovicza traces its origin to a thermal bath in Budapest which was built by the ancestor of founder Stephen de Heinrich d’Omorovicza, because he believed in the curative power of the healing waters of Budapest. Omorovicza was born of the desire of founders, Margaret and Stephen, to share the curative power of the thermal waters of Budapest with the world. We see our client Spa as extensions of our brand and every treatment room as an entry point into our ecosystem.

We want Omorovicza to become the premium Spa brand of choice for 5-star hotel operators; hence we need to update the Omorovicza Spa concept, ensure that we provide customer service second to none and that we increase our footprint in this channel.

We are looking for a Sales and Education Manager to drive our UK and EMEA Spa business and lead the education of our Spa partners, ensuring teams are confident in Omorovicza products, treatment protocols, consultation, service standards, and retail recommendations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
