Sales Administrator (25 hours, 5 days)

Docklands Restaurants & Bars is a well-established, independently run hospitality business consisting of two vibrant venues, the Fox Excel and the Fox Connaught, both located close to ExCeL London. Our clientele is an eclectic mix of exhibitors, exhibition visitors, conference organisers, corporate networkers as well as locally based professionals and families, all seeking memorable experiences.
The Opportunity
This is a new part-time position combining administration, market research, data management, and exceptional client care. You'll be working alongside our busy Sales Team playing a key role in keeping everything - and everyone - running smoothly in one of the most vibrant business environments.

- You will be at the beginning and the end of our customers’ journeys ensuring a special experience every time.
- Coordinating activity with the Marketing, Finance and Operations teams across both venues, you will be crucial to the team’s success.

The successful candidate
- An experienced, self-starter with broad experience of juggling multiple tasks.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- An experienced administrator with strong organisational skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and AI tools.
- Experience with Collins (DMN), Capsule & Transpond would be useful but not essential as full training will be given.
- Confident using social media platforms and working closely with our Digital Communications Coordinator to create simple, appropriate content in-house.
- A positive confident communicator, on the telephone and face-to-face.
- Able to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working at pace while maintaining accuracy.
- Proactive and willing to get involved in all aspects of the business.

The package
- Salary £22k-£24k - 25 hours per week across five days
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
