Paradox Museum London is looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Sales & Events Coordinator to join the team on a fixed-term contract.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across sales coordination, group bookings, schools, birthdays, private enquiries and event administration. We are looking for someone practical, responsive and detail-oriented, who can help keep our sales and events process running smoothly and make sure every enquiry is followed up properly.

This is not a senior business development or corporate sales role. The focus is on coordination, enquiry management, booking support and operational follow-through.

About Paradox Museum London

Located in Knightsbridge, opposite Harrods, Paradox Museum London is an immersive experience where visitors step into a world of interactive exhibits, unexpected perspectives and highly shareable moments.

We welcome families, tourists, schools, groups, corporate visitors and private bookings, and we are looking for someone who can help us support these audiences with a professional and smooth booking experience.

The role

As Sales & Events Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day management of sales and events enquiries, helping to convert interest into confirmed bookings and ensuring all details are properly coordinated with the museum team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
