The Role

We are working with an exciting new hospitality brand coming to the UK, looking to make a real impact in London. They are looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales and Events Manager who can help shape the commercial future of a brand:new venue from day one. This is a hands:on role focused on corporate sales, memberships, sponsorships and strategic partnerships. We are looking for someone who thrives on targets, enjoys building relationships and is motivated by generating revenue and new business.

Key Focus Areas

  • Corporate Sales: Build a pipeline from zero, targeting corporates, embassies, universities, NGOs, event planners and luxury brands across conferences, launches, dinners and private celebrations.
  • Founding Memberships: Lead the launch campaign across Business, Creative, Film, Networking and Wine and Culture.
  • Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with FTSE companies, SMEs, Chambers of Commerce, embassy trade offices and industry associations.
  • Events and Restaurant Growth: Support the development of events per year, while driving restaurant covers through corporate lunches, private dining and networking events.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
