About the Role
We're recruiting on behalf of a stylish boutique hotel that's known for its vibrant atmosphere, exceptional food and drink offering, and memorable guest experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and take ownership of the hotel's sales and events function.
As Sales and Events Manager, you'll be responsible for driving both corporate and private event business across all of the hotel's food and beverage outlets. From exclusive private celebrations to corporate events and networking functions, you'll play a key role in growing revenue while delivering an outstanding client experience.

- Drive sales across all food and beverage outlets and event spaces.
- Develop and grow relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.
- Proactively generate new business while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Manage the full events process from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure every event exceeds expectations.
- Represent the venue at networking events and build the hotel's presence within the local market.
- Deliver revenue targets through creative sales initiatives and strategic business development.
About You
- Proven experience within Sales and Events, ideally from a boutique or luxury hotel environment.
- Candidates from premium restaurants, rooftop venues, or high-end hospitality businesses with strong events experience will also be considered.
- A strong network of corporate clients and experience managing corporate accounts would be a significant advantage.
- Commercially driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Creative, energetic, and passionate about hospitality.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
