Purpose of the Job
The Sales & Growth Lead UK is responsible for delivering sustainable sales growth and Front book profitability in the UK market through intermediary channels. The role drives customer acquisition, partner performance and commercial growth initiatives while supporting the development of all consumer banking products within an initial focus on consumer lending.

Responsibilities of the Job
- Accountable for Front Book sales performance and profitability in the UK market for all bank products.
- Drive acquisition, conversion and commercial growth across aggregators and intermediary channels.
- Manage and develop aggregator relationships in UK market.
- Identify and execute commercial opportunities to increase volume and profitability.
- Collaborate with central D2C teams to improve customer acquisition and conversion.
- Monitor competitor activity and market developments.
- Responsible for annual contract reviews, ensuring documents are up to date.
- Identify development need to strengthen acquisition.
Education Level
- Bachelor's Degree
Experience/Demonstrated Competencies
- +3 years’ experience of working within unsecure lending products.
- +5 years’ experience working with aggregators.
- Experience managing intermediaries or partnerships.
- Experience in UK financial services.
- Proven track record delivering growth.
- Proven track record delivering growth.
Language Competencies
- Fluency in English - written and spoken
Knowledge required
- Deep understanding of the UK consumer finance market.
- Knowledge of aggregator and intermediary distribution channels.
- Commercial performance management.
- Customer acquisition and sales optimization.
- Knowledge of loan product drivers and consumer behaviour.
