What you'll do:
- Prospect, qualify, and close deals across Dubai's secondary market
- Build a personal client pipeline through referrals, listings, and inbound leads
- Advise buyers, sellers, and investors on communities, pricing, and DLD process
- Represent House of Orange at viewings, developer events, and industry meetings
- Build your personal brand with support from our in-house media team
- Deliver client experiences that generate referrals and repeat business

What you'll need:
- Sales background — any industry, real estate a bonus
- Fluent English (second language a strong plus)
- Financially motivated with real work ethic
- Ready to commit 24+ months to Dubai and the profession
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Resilient, coachable, and hungry to learn fast
