We’re a growing London estate agency with ambitious plans for the future, and this is an exciting time to join the business.
With significant growth plans and continued investment across the business, we’re looking for a driven, organised and proactive Sales & Lettings Executive to play a central role in our next stage of growth.
This is a varied and important role, working closely with three Lettings Directors and one Sales Director. You’ll be at the heart of the operation, helping the teams stay organised, keeping things moving and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
We’re looking for someone who thinks ahead, takes ownership and gets things done. Someone who spots what needs doing before being asked, is comfortable juggling multiple priorities and enjoys being the person the team can rely on.
The role will be split across sales and lettings, with some office management and operational responsibilities as and when required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
