The Need to Knows:
Sales & Lettings Negotiator, Estate Agent
- Location: Wanstead, East London
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9.30am - 4pm (day off in lieu during the week)
- Salary: £25,000 pa basic salary (with experience) plus OTE circa £38/40,000 pa
- Company Car and access to Company Pension Scheme after the first 3 months
- Guarantee commission for first six months

A Typical Day:
- Dealing with both sales and lettings enquiries
- Matching properties to applicants need
- Carry out viewings with prospective tenants and purchasers
- Liaising with vendors, landlords, purchasers and tenants to ensure highest service levels are met
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Progressing transactions, liaising with all parties including, agents, surveyors, solicitors and tradesman

About You:
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in residential lettings or sales is required (ideally Lettings)
- A strong work ethic
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Attention to detail
