Looking for a Career with Lumen Partners
Lumen Partners is looking for an ambitious Sales and Management Trainee to join our growing Liverpool team, working across marketing, sales, and business development campaigns for established clients across a variety of UK sectors.
The Opportunity
Our Management Trainees gain exposure to the different areas that drive successful client campaigns and business growth. You'll develop experience across:
- Marketing and customer acquisition
- Sales and business development
- Campaign management and client representation
- Customer engagement and relationship building
- Team leadership and development
- Coaching and mentoring
- Business operations and commercial strategy
As you progress, you'll take on more responsibility within campaigns and begin developing your leadership, management, and people skills.
