Sales & Management Trainee

Full-Time | On-Site | Entry-Level

Looking for a role where you can build strong sales skills while learning what it takes to work effectively within a team?

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Sales & Management Trainees. This is a hands-on, entry-level position centred around offline, face-to-face sales and customer engagement, with training designed to help you develop broader commercial and leadership skills over time.

You'll work directly with customers, represent our clients, and gain practical experience in sales while learning from experienced team members.

Your Role

As a Sales & Management Trainee, your responsibilities will include:

  • Representing clients through offline, face-to-face sales campaigns.
  • Speaking directly with customers and presenting products or services.
  • Supporting customer acquisition and achieving campaign objectives.
  • Developing effective sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Working alongside colleagues to contribute to team targets and daily objectives.
  • Learning how to support team organisation, campaign coordination, and day-to-day operations.
  • Developing an understanding of coaching, leadership, and team performance as your experience grows.
