Crown Jewels London Ltd, a luxury jeweller, is seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant Model to join our small, dedicated team. In this dynamic role, you will provide essential support to both our sales and marketing efforts, ensuring our clients receive an unparalleled experience.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Assisting customers with inquiries and purchases, both in-store and online.
- Supporting the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Contributing to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, with a focus on digital platforms and social media.
- Helping to manage our online presence and engage with our luxury clientele.
- Preparing sales reports and marketing materials.
- Assisting with inventory management and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury goods, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. Previous experience in sales or marketing (we provide training first), particularly within the retail or luxury sector, is highly desirable.
