Sales & Marketing Assistant
Chelmsford, Essex | Full-Time

We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant who is commercially curious, confident with people and ready to learn through real experience.
This isn't a role where you'll spend months watching from the sidelines. You'll work on live client campaigns, represent nationally recognised brands and learn first-hand what makes customers engage, trust and ultimately take action.
You'll develop an understanding of the entire customer journey, from how a brand positions itself and communicates its message to how strong customer relationships translate into measurable growth.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll gain hands-on experience across sales, marketing and customer acquisition, including:
- Representing leading brands across live, customer-facing campaigns
- Engaging with customers and creating memorable brand experiences
- Understanding customer needs and communicating products and services effectively
- Learning the psychology behind customer behaviour and buying decisions
- Developing your sales, communication and negotiation skills
- Gathering customer insights and recognising what drives campaign performance
- Working alongside the wider team to achieve client and campaign objectives
- Building the commercial confidence to take on greater responsibility
