We're Hiring! Looking for more than just a job?
At Volta Partners, we're expanding our Events Division and are looking for ambitious individuals who are eager to develop their skills in sales, marketing and leadership.
This is a face-to-face, events-based role where you'll represent leading brands at promotional events. You'll market our clients' products and services by building brand awareness, engaging with customers and helping them find the right solutions for their needs. Through a combination of direct marketing and consultative sales, you'll play a key role in acquiring new customers and driving revenue for our clients, while developing the skills needed to progress into leadership.
What you'll be doing:
- Representing leading brands at promotional events
- Building brand awareness through face-to-face marketing
- Acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth for our clients
- Educating customers on our clients' products and services
- Developing your communication, sales and marketing skills
- Supporting recruitment, candidate onboarding and training as you progress
- Working alongside experienced leaders to develop your management skills

What we're looking for:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience is a bonus, but not essential, we provide full training and ongoing development.
