Full-time opportunity | London, England

Uncapped performance-based earnings

Annual OTE: £31,000 – £45,000+

Competitive by nature? Driven to improve?

If you've ever played competitive sport, you'll understand the mindset. You set a target. You train. You get coached. You learn from setbacks. You turn up again. And you keep pushing your performance forward.

We're looking for people who bring that same mentality into their professional development.

We're growing our sales and marketing team in London and are looking for motivated individuals who want to develop their communication, customer acquisition and leadership skills in a performance-focused environment.

You don't need previous sales experience. We're more interested in your attitude, work ethic, coachability and willingness to improve.

Why sales & marketing?

Like competitive sport, sales gives you something very few careers do — clear performance feedback.

You can see where you're improving, identify where you need to get better and work towards measurable goals.

You'll develop your skills through practical, face-to-face customer engagement, supported by structured training, coaching and ongoing mentoring.

The mindset we're looking for

You don't have to be a professional athlete.

But if you're someone who enjoys competition, setting targets and pushing yourself, you'll understand the environment we're building.

We value people who:

  • Enjoy competition and measurable goals
  • Are disciplined and consistent
  • Respond positively to coaching
  • Want to constantly improve their performance
  • Don't give up easily when things don't go their way
  • Take responsibility for their own development
  • Enjoy being part of a competitive team
  • Want to challenge themselves outside their comfort zone

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
