We’re looking for an organised, enthusiastic and proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our growing Sales Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in sales, business development and marketing within a fast-paced manufacturing business.
No extensive experience? No problem. If you have the right attitude, excellent organisation skills and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
The Role
Working closely with our Sales Team, you’ll ensure opportunities are managed efficiently, customer information is kept up to date, and our sales processes are followed. You’ll also support the marketing of Dorplan by helping create engaging content and ensuring our brand remains professional and visible.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Manage emails and provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with new prospects, contacts and opportunities.
- Ensure all sales opportunities follow the Dorplan sales methodology.
- Organise and distribute product samples, presentation packs, promotional gifts and sales literature.
- Produce regular sales reports and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and record actions.
- Monitor progress of agreed actions and follow up with team members where required.
- Assist with customer enquiries and support relationship management activities.

Marketing Support
- Create, schedule and publish content across LinkedIn and other digital marketing channels in line with the marketing plan.
- Produce and maintain marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and promotional literature.
- Coordinate exhibitions, networking events and customer visits, ensuring all marketing materials are prepared.
- Maintain and update the company website with approved content, news, case studies and product information.
- Coordinate customer testimonials, project case studies, photography and video content to support marketing campaigns.
- Create and distribute email marketing campaigns and promotional communications.
- Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with the Dorplan brand and company messaging.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence speaking with new and existing customers over the telephone.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good Microsoft Office skills and confidence using computer systems.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- High levels of motivation and ambition.
- A professional and friendly manner.
- A results-focused mindset with a genuine desire to contribute to business growth.
