They are now looking for a proactive, organised, and creative Commercial Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines sales administration, marketing support, and social media management, while also providing light front-of-house and office coordination support.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the commercial activities of the business by managing sales administration processes, maintaining internal systems, assisting with marketing initiatives, and helping to grow our social media presence.
This role would suit someone who is highly organised, confident communicating with clients and colleagues, and enjoys working across multiple areas of a business.
Roles & Responsibilities
Social Selling, CRM & Sales Support
- Maintaining a database of accurate prospect and customer records
- Handling incoming sales enquiries via phone and email
- Managing enquiry inboxes and allocating leads appropriately
- Building target prospect lists and conducting outreach on LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
- Scheduling and publishing social media content
- Building and sending email campaigns
- Ensuring the website is up to date

Office & Reception Support
- Acting as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
- Assisting with general office coordination and administration
- Preparing meeting rooms and supporting day-to-day office organisation
- Ordering office supplies and helping maintain a professional office environment
Experience / Skills Required
- Previous experience in administration, sales support, marketing, or a similar commercial role
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident telephone manner and professional approach
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing administration
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills
