Job Role: Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Location: Dartford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Permanent
Reporting To: Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a focused and disciplined Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support the wider team and provide effective and accurate marketing material and administration to ensure success. Applicants will be expected to have a good eye for detail and an ability to manage others and their timescales. As well as create marketing material under the guidance of the Marketing Manager. Previous experience would be preferable but not essential. However, we would look for someone who is self-disciplined and able to continually deliver their task to a high standard. An ability to talk across all levels of the business and externally to potential customers is also essential to the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and monitoring of Contracts Advance and notices from public sector portals to identify potential new opportunities and communicate these to the Senior Bid Manager
  • Undertake administration tasks in support of the sales and bid functions
  • Manage external enquiries from the website or elsewhere, manage escalation, and undertake initial communication with the potential customer
  • Assisting with internal communications and engagement
  • Support in administrative tasks for various marketing activities and events
  • Support in coordination of content and campaigns
  • Updating of website and other social channels
  • Liaising across departments within the business
  • Update HubSpot CRM, and maintain its accuracy to support pipeline management and internal reporting

Desirable Skills

  • Understanding of sales and procurement cycles and processes
  • Basic understanding of B2B marketing landscape and digital marketing principles
  • Knowledge or interest in Facilities Management / Engineering
  • Experience in software such as Adobe InDesign, Canva, Microsoft applications, WordPress
  • Research, organisation, communication, copywriting

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in a commercial/ office environment
  • Microsoft Office and wider IT packages
  • A level qualification or above
