Job Summary

The Office-Based Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting sales and marketing activities from the office, ensuring efficient coordination of customer enquiries, sales opportunities, marketing campaigns, and administrative processes. The role focuses on generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, preparing sales documentation, and assisting with marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer requests to support sales conversion.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for the sales team (New Business).

Marketing Support

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Support the circulation of promotional content and presentations.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Serve as a point of contact for customers and prospective clients.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Handle customer queries and direct issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Ensure customer information is accurate and up to date.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in a sales support, marketing, customer service, or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
